## About

Skymo is a real-time multiplayer card game where each player receives 12 hidden cards and aims to score as few points as possible. Players take turns drawing and exchanging cards, trying to form columns of identical values (which get discarded). The game ends when any player reaches 100 points. The player with the lowest total score wins.

## Customisable rules

Hosts can change the rules of a game, which most similar games keep fixed:

- Clear three identical cards in a **column** (default) and optionally in a **row**
- Grid size, from the default 3 rows by 4 columns
- Number of cards turned face up at the start (default 2)
- Score that ends the game (default 100 points)
- Penalty for the player who ends a round without the strictly lowest score: score multiplier, flat penalty, or both
- Player count, from 2 to 8

- **How to play Skymo?** Deal 12 face-down cards per player. Each turn, draw from the deck or discard pile, then exchange or flip a card. Cards are worth their face value (-2 to 12). Three identical cards in a column get discarded. Lowest score wins.
- **How to win at Skymo?** Balance between keeping low cards, revealing your cards, and creating columns of identical cards. Avoid finishing first unless you have a clear lead.
